Mr. Kleinschnitz has served as Director of Tourism for Moffat County since 2016.

In 1971, Tom cut his customer and public service teeth in Craig as food prep, driver, interpretive guide, trip leader. manager and General Manager. In 1985 he purchased Adventure Bound River Expeditions, which he owned and operated for 33 years.
